Upon receiving your frames, we will call you to discuss repairs and pricing and to get your approval to complete the repair.

You may pay over the phone with a credit card or debit card number. Or we can email either a PayPal or Quickbooks invoice that will include a URL that will let you submit a secure payment (you need not have a PayPal or Quickbooks account for this option).

We complete the repair and return your frames to you, often on the same day we receive them.
